We're offering your practice a chance to participate in a special program that we are coordinating with about twelve schools/preschools in the Northeast Pennsylvania area, including Old Forge Elementary and High Schools, the YMCA, and nine others.
Through this program, every student will receive a child safety kit with a Dental Chart. Since many kids at this age do not currently have a dentist, and your office is very close to their location(s), we wanted to extend this special invitation to your practice.
Prior to participating, please consider your office's ability to accept new patients. It is important that the practice that we refer these families to has the ability to take care of additional clientele.
The dental practice that participates in this program will be featured, in full color, on the front cover of every child safety kit. The safety kits allow parents to record important information about their child and provide potentially life-saving talking points, which foster meaningful safety discussions between parents and their loved ones.
This program includes:
- Your office’s full color information on the front cover of each kit: You can include your logo and/or any other information that you'd like to share with families.
- Exclusivity: you will be the only practice featured on the front cover of each kit for a given school/preschool.
- Distribution of the highest quality child safety kit available in the United States, which is presently used by thousands of law enforcement and government agencies throughout the country, including the NYPD, the US National Coast Guard, and the Utah Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
Each
fully assembled 6.5" x 4.5" (folded) kit is individually packaged in a heavy gauge clear,
protective plastic sleeve, and includes a dental chart for primary and secondary teeth.
Every kit also contains:
- A 10-finger fingerprint chart
- A 1" x 5" non-toxic fingerprinting ink strip
- Space to record complete contact, personal, medical, and physical information
- Space to store a 4" x 6" photograph
- A heavy gauge freezer-safe bag for a DNA hair sample or cheek swabs
